Roof Mounted Spare Tire too tipsy???
My question is exactly as the title i was wondering if all yall who have a roof mounted spare tire feel that your a little more top heavy?? I was going to do it on my Surco Roof roof rack but being too top heavy was my major concern. Anyway any info on that would be great thanks..

My wife has a 91 runner and we stick a 75LB canoe on top of it.
It does not feel tippy at all.
I do drive a bit more cautious anyway with it on but I do not feel it being to tippy.
I know its different than a tire but it may give you an idea.
Maybe the KYB shocks help too as the ride before and after with them was like night and day.
Never had the canoe before the shocks were put on so I could not say if it were tippy with old shocks.
If you have the rack allready give it a try and compare.
