Removing 3.0l without transmission

Hello all I am having one heck of a time trying to pull my 3.0l out of my 1992 pickup 4x4 with an automatic trans. I have everything disconnected I believe bell housing bolts are out. I crank up on my hoist and get the engine lifted but just can’t seem to split it from the transmission? Is there something I could be missing? Any thoughts? Im going crazy
