Rear tires lean in at the top

No it won't.
If both tires are truly leaning in at the top, you most likely have a seriously bent axle housing.
I guess its possible that worn axle bearings could play a part, but they likely would fail before long, and you'd know.

It's not really bad on the passenger side it's just a little bit hardly noticeable the drivers side it's pretty easy to tell

put the rear end up on blocks, and spin the rear tires, if there is a bent axle shaft it should show up as a wobbling wheel??
i just today noticed that both of my rear tires have more wear on the outside half of the thread than on the inside :-0 never seen that one before.

A bent housing should be pretty easy to see.
That would be the only thing that would cause the wheels to be in the same position.
bent axle shaft or even bad bearing would cause a wobble in the wheel when looked at from the rear or front.

Wouldn't have thought you could even tow something heavy enough to bend the axles with the 3.0. I looked at full float conversions before - http://frontrangeoffroadfab.com/full...er-conversion/ - but decided against it for that reason.

I wonder if you now have a beat up old axle housing .
Because while it was at the shop they needed a good one.
Figured you would be to clueless to ever look real close.
I am not saying this happened I have seen it done in the past.

That's what I was thinking the head gasket on the motor they rebuilt blew after 19K and they redid my dads about 10 years ago and they took his radiator out and put it in his own vehicle and put the bad one in his and it overheated so much he sold it only reason I went there because it's all I could afford
