Question about replacing Air Control Valve pickup 3VZE 91 4x4
Hi, I have a toyota truck 1991 v6, MT, and I need to replace the Air Control Valve that is located at the bottom of the PS pump because it is broken. I was wondering if it is an easy job as to swap the old valve with the new one? Is there anything else inside the valve that I should care when taking off (I was reading that there is a union seat there)? Do the vacuum hoses that go from the valve to the plenum need to be located in some order or It will work if I just plug them in?
Thanks for your advice

There is no order to the vacuum lines; the valve just connects the two together when the PS pump is "working hard."
I've never replaced the valve by itself; I just sprung for a rebuilt pump that had a new valve already.

I just replace it, when I took off the old valve a lot of steering fluid came out , so I place the new one and put some fluid back to the reservoir to adjust it. I noticed now that when I put at full lock the wheels either right or left the rpms go from 900 to 800 aprox. is that a normal behavior?
