If you don't notice a difference you might want to check out some of your other steering components. My steering has been pretty bad and loose feeling and the Pro Comp stabilizer didn't make a difference. Turns out my idler arm bushing needs replacing and there is a lot of play in my pitman arm joint...

Well i guess ill buy one, hopefully that will help. its got new outer tie rod ends, need upper balljoints, and looks like pitman arm, it looks shot.

then ill get an alignment after the ball joints and see how it goes

if you get the Rancho steering stabilizer they you will need the bracket kit. OME and procomp are direct replacement.

Okay, thanks paul. ive seen the rancho's i guess judging by the red boot, and they had different brackets, thats where i was confused.

Is a dual one necessary?

dual should only be necessary with large or heavy tire/wheel combos, or wheels that are significantly offset outward from the hub.

I am running 35"s on a 1st gen IFS. Would you recommend the dual? Can I get a single one, then add another if I need?

the mounting brackets are different for single vs. dual.
you could install the single, then buy the second and new brackets if you wanted.
