I found this 2.4L diesel. Think it's an 88. Considering for a project car, but really I can't right now. Still an interesting look at an old car in a country where they salt the roads. The frame looks like it has had some work done to it.

Thank you! It is an '87, they came with solid front axle until 1988 here in EU.

The truck looks solid and very clean!

I am glad you finally found one!

How far did you have to go to get it?

Love the graphics and fact that it’s an extra cab.

Recently had to replace the knock sensors, so while I was at it I painted my plenum and valve covers and detailed the engine bay.

Original Texas 2WD truck doing reno duty in Wisconsin. Put a TruTrac Posi in it to give it a fighting chance in the Wisconsin snow. First winter the head gasket from the PO budget kit rebuild blew out . Enter full top overhaul rebuild with LCE throttle body, header and EGR elimination kit, billet fuel rail, plus new head with RV cam.

Hauled asphalt and concrete in a trailer to the dump. The heaviest total load was over 8,000#. Yeah, I know, it was over gross and the bumper hitch and ball did not like it.
