1989 Toyota 4x4 22R-E
For what it's worth, I bought this as a work truck. The truck is in much worse shape then you can tell from the pictures, I am trying to restore it now (originally was just going to buy another same model year but I've put too much into this now to just junk it), though it'll be expensive (frame is almost dead from rust). I managed to snag this with the original sales receipt and original owners manual. I'll take some more picks when I get a new camera.

Just some updates on my rig.
No cut zuk mod with cherokee springs cut down to 14 inches, 2nd gen 4runner steering wheel update, also i put in my tacoma center console. I rebuilt a set of manual hubs that I got for $20! If all goes according to plan, I'll be soon ordering some Bilstein shocks, 1.5" ball joint spacers, a 2 or 3 inch body lift, 16x10 Raceline Renegade wheels, and some 285 BFG all terrains. My valve cover gasket and my power steering pump both started leaking so I'm going to have to take money out of my "fun things fund" to do some maintenance, but other than that, this truck gives me no problems. I drive it everyday and everyday it cranks on the first try! Oh what a feeling!!

ehh on the road, if you aren't stupid i think they do fine. As for snow wheeling, i feel my buddies truck on trxus MT's did better at about the same air pressure. I should have aired down to like 15 psi but i didn't. i had problems braking on frozen ground and spinning out pretty easily. The deeper stuff they do okay in.
