lol not even close. the iceland builds modify their body/ fenders to allow those big tires to actually turn without destorying your fender or tires. they also run SA so it can handle the extra weight and size of the tires
next comes gearing and im sure a ton of other stuff im missing.
big tires and low COG is what everyone wants but you still need to be able to turn. if not i would have 40s already and just drive straight all the time

and there was a runner here for a while that was on 38s with ifs.. in Iceland. Noob.

some common mods that don't get too involved (ie- keeping it close to what you like about it now): bobbing the bed, ball-joint spacers, lockers, and bumpers. search up on those and other mods to get a good feel for what you want, or don't want. i've been on here for ~2.5 years, and i'm still changing my mind about what i want to do

That is a great looking truck 4runnertank89. I love the wheels on it, looks like tonka toy =D. I wish we would have gotten some real snow this year.. even in the winter we have been in a drought.

I'm sure you guys realize that tires tread and size have very specific terrain applications and are not at all for looks . . . so snow wheeling or in something soft like sand or mud (that is deeper than your frame) is the only reason to run wide "flotation" tires. So this guy who snow wheels is the only one who can really say he has a reason to run wide. And every one who chooses tire height/width/tread by their looks is doing it wrong.
Also, lifting a vehicle is not the "best" choice, it is the cheapest. Doing the proper tubbing and cutting to run as little lift as possible while still being able to fully clearance the size of tire that is needed for the terrain is preferred.
Sorry to go on about it; but too many people suck up to over-wide mud terrains and 9+ inch lifts when some tall skinnies, some cutting/tubbing, and 2" of lift would have worked better.

And that's why that's there rig and not there's people have and will always have there own opinion on things... And we can see that's yours... But just so you know anyone can cut away finders that's easy. It's more expensive to lift something. Unless you have an older truck with strait axle front and rear then yes agree it's cheaper to lift.. Again it's all personal preference...
