I definitely used my sliders and rear bumper... :x my alternative was to put a tire on each of the boulders on the passenger side.. and every time someone dropped from one of the boulders.. the rear tire ended up 3 feet in the air and everyone gasped... so i got scared and made my own route. :p I believe all of these pictures were taken on Holcomb creek

I LOVE the stepside bed! If I could find one I'd buy it just in case I ever get a pickup!

I think it's a Downey bed? It does look like a scaled down GM bed though!

I know right! Those extra cabs are so convenient. Can fit people, a dog, or a subwoofer back there. That's nice

I'll send you an invite next time. Or a call if you'd like. I would like to make it a 2 day trip at least. So much more fun!

Sorry My Pics Are Tiny

Just got it!

2 weeks to the day latter.

The other guy.

That was Oct. 19th. I am waiting for his insurance company to decide what they are going to do. He failed to yield (he got a ticket) and turned into me.

So sad.

Hello Nick Miller and Yamiryder.. The bed box is home made and the fenders are from a late 70s or early 80s truck. The interior dimensions are 48 1/2 inches by 68 1/2 inches.

I do have the Downey bed and I understand it was made by NWOR or SWOR. The Downeys bed has a little smaller fender and flares out a little more and behind the rear fender is a longer area.

Downey Bed..I plan on doing a full every nut and bolt build for a truck for this bed in about a year or two. I will post some more info on it on my 88 truck build later today or this week. I came across an 85 Extra cab so this build got changed on me. I have a cab, frame, and most of the drive train for the Downy bed but still accumilating parts for it. It will be a ground up build.

81, NICE!

Sage, ..bummer, man!

Terry, ... LOVING that rig!

Blake... thanks, just curious. I KNEW they were taller rims... had to be. They REALLY look more narrow, like 10.50's.. I LOVE THAT! I loved Adams(maltese4runner) rig with the 33x10.50's... looked sick!

Anyway.... Here's my 32x11.50x15's... A shot from the front so the less tall rims wont throw us off, hahaha...>>>
