Hey guys, I'm new here. My names Chris, and i'm from Seattle WA.
Dad used to have an 87' that he bought new and lasted til 389k miles til someone t-boned him a few years back and totaled it out. I've always wanted one and got the opportunity to purchase one from a mutual friend. Real cool old school hawaiian dude. He needed to get it out of his driveway, hasn't ran in about 2 years, but I only paid $500 for it as is! It's got a new head on it and isn't getting fuel so i'm working on the relay and fuel pump. Other than that, this is my new project. Don't really know too much about them (I'm a car guy - more so Honda's and Evo's) but i'm stoked to get started on this. It currently just sits at my parents house and I tinker every now an then... if anyones from seattle and ever wants to help let me know!

Nice rig Mr. Knee! Good to see another Seattleite here. X3 on the rear and X2 on the interior. What seats are those? If I ever had time I'd love to help get that thing road worthy, I hate to see a truck like that just sitting there, but I hardly ever have time to work on my own. So much I want to do to it and no time or money to do so. If you start a build thread the community here is EXTREMELY helpful and you can probably get that thing going in no time. When you do shoot me a PM, we'll go out and play in the mud.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! Very welcoming.
As far as more Info - I believe it's an older trailmaster kit, 4" suspension lift, and i believe it also has a 3" body lift. It's on 35" radial TSL super swampers at the moment (Might be getting some 35" all terrains or something, one of them loses air from sidewall cracking). As previously said, it's got a new 22re head, as well as a full head with carb set up sitting in the rear. Also has new 5.29 gears in there as well.
The seats are Recaro LX's out of a trans am custom fitted on a spacer for the bolts that are too short. Driver side is REALLY bad so I may just find OEM seats to replace for the moment until i can get these refinished.
Interior isn't the greatest. Does need a bit of work going to redo the seats, center consol was taken out so i want to replace, and the rear tailgate has an issue now that i replaced the rear motor. Also the interior upfront is somewhat torn apart from me testing various circuits and the opening circuit relay.
B-fake and Nick Miller I see you both are from WA, I'll definitely have to link up with you guys sometime! Thanks again everyone for the kind words - onto the pics:
And here's the other never ending project. It's been a long 2 years with this bad boy.

Hey Chris(aka, Mr. Knee)....,... nice beast! lol... Pretty cool seats.. they comfy?
Keep on the hunt for the 'no start' gremlin... sounds like you're starting in the right places....
Hey man..... Just out of curiosity.... I've learned these things wiring and vacuum routing so well... something popped out at me, right off... But, I can't be sure as the Power steering vacuum might be blocking it.>>>>>>>>>
* Where is the Ignitor wire? (LONGEST harness wire of the bunch... travels over the head along with the steering vacuum and winds up at the green connector(on my 87 it's green anyway).... right behind/next to the Ignitor..... If it's not plugged in.... it's NOT going to run, period. If it is plugged in.... I guess I just can't see it.
PS> EGR Delete, eh? Ahhhhh, must be nice, lol.

Really nice runner mr knee. I would be down to help you if i lived closer. Electrical is always fun, usually something you over look a dozen times. lol.
Very nice car to, I used to be into the car thing. Had a DA with a b20 swap and some bolt ons. Nothing braggable but was fun. Ide send you some pictures in an email or something if you want to see. I dont want to clutter up the yota forums with Honda pictures.

That is a well worth $500 spent. I was into Hondas too till I got my 90 2 Door 4Runner. Once you realize scrapping isnt a issue you will love it. Nice S2000 by the way

Thanks for the comments on both vehicles. Im reallllly eager to get the truck started so i can start working on the s2k trying to make some one off parts with a shop i'm really close with, but being a student and running out of side jobs to do really hurts the wallet when trying to fund 2 vehicles.
Already though.. this forum is way better than most car forums where everyone just hates on each other. (big reason i sold my old k-swap civic and got a s2k) But im always eager to see peoples rides and past rides! feel free to message or email them to me!

Yep, as I said, sounds like you're on the right track. But DO NOT assume anything until you make sure that IGNITOR wire is plugged, in, PLEASE? lol....
Far as COR's.... I KNOW I have 2 spares.... Just got them the other day out of an 86 and 87, 22RE's, both of them. (either way the part number is on there, so we could figure it out).
Here's a couple tricks from a bit of a Guru on here....(These are tips in the FSManual...True enough.......But he's done some great write ups, WITH ACTUAL PICTURES! HAHAHA).... His name is Roger, aka "4Crawler"(Read through this if you've not already.... And you SHOULD be able to find the problem or at least eliminate several 'suspects', right? )>>> ...........

PS> Hey, .... psssssssst, ..... START A BUILD THREAD! haha... Just razzin a tiny bit.. But really, "if you start it, ... THEY WILL COME!" ... no kidding I, for one, definitely will.
PSS> In this picture, below.... THE GREEN PLUG, just behind the Steering Fluid Reservoir? .....that leads back over the head and into the intake?(I have it tied to the 2 steering vacuum hoses with a Toyota "Click-Clip Retainer Ring")...
THAT is the sucker.... I'm NOT positive whether or not the Ignitor connector completes the circuit for the IGN to the COR and Fuel Pump... But IT WILL NOT allow the injectors to fire if it's unplugged. START THERE, just for S&G's, ok? A good buddy went through HELL in like 2 weeks spare time and then one day... can't remember how it came up.... But he found it dangling under the intake.... Brought it up, plugged it in, ... FIRST TURN of the key it started.
I'm also not sure, but I think if there is already pressure in the lines and the fuel pump INITIALLY clicks on... But then the injectors don't fire?(fuel cut)... Then the fuel pump wont keep running on. (Unless you bypass it like in that link).... LOTS of the latter is guessing... But it's worth a shot to at least MAKE SURE that's plugged in, ya know?
L8r, Chris... Again, nice looking beast for 500$
