WSNTME, ....x2 what Redeth said.... Like it! And TOTALLY stock ANDDDD 2nd Gen 22RE.... not SUPER common,.... Nice find. And again, as Redeth said, ... nice interior!
I have noticed it's very hard to get a 2nd gen 4cyl! All the 'runners for sale on CL are the 3.slow . When a 4cyl does pop up it doesn't stick around, so I wasn't too surprised when the seller would not budge below his asking of 3.5k...I feel that was reasonable as this truck will undoubtedly last me a long time.

1990 Pickup 4x4
Here's my ride. It's a 90 4x4 with a 22re.
I'm about to do a straight axle conversion. Here's a couple of pics of it's current state.
Swapped in some bucket seats from a 94 4-runner.
My brother and I painted it desert beige, a throwback color from the old FJ's from the 70's.
I love how the yotas are towing out the f-250!
This is worse then it looks. Some old codger with a tractor ruts it up during the week but we still make it through.

MCA, Great pics! LOVE that, "MY guinea pig, ehchemmmm, I mean friend!" .... Very cool of him though, right?
Discord, Sir, you paint well! I'd LOVE for you to stop by and do mine.... This weekend, ok? hahaha... JK, ..but seriously, good pics... and GREAT seeing the FORD getting pulled out, indeed!
DOUBLE D! SICKKKKKKK! That is up there with one of the most rear flex I've seen(next to that guy with the 4 way independent articulating spider rig you've probably seen! hahaha... )...But.... you can't drive his on the street!

Here's the front flexed out from a couple different views, and the shock tower done by my friend from Ballistic Fab. (Thanks Bobby) Don't mind the gap in the bed this time. (for you chivers out there LOL where a gap in bed is much to be minded!) It's going to be patched up, bobbed, and rhino lined.

I know exactly what rig your talking about. Maybe I should shoot for that with my 86 turbo rear steer project i'm working on.

Wow, an 86 Turbo, eh? PU/4Runner? Anyway, yeah, that thing is INSANE! haha...
Have you seen the 69 4Door TLC on here for sale? I think he's asking 19K or something ... but it's a CRAZY trail rig.... 4Wheel steering, crazy suspension and I think the interior is all cherry, etc., too. Just for fun you should check it out.

I will search for it. The 22rte is a pickup. Here it is with a shot of the interior also. The factory rte turbo has a 6 pound wastegate. According to Ted from enginebldr, nobody has ever been over 5psi. Here is the garrett t25/28 hybrid that i will be replacing that with. It has a 9psi external wastegate and the same water cooled configuration as the factory ct5.
