Hello everyone from somewhere in Southern Iraq! I ran across these forums earlier in the day, thought I'd sign up and check out everyone's rides and share my own. I bought my 1993 SR5 Pickup around December of 2007 with about 76k on it. It had a nice piece of body missing above the exhaust pipe due to rust, and some bubbling above the rear right wheel. Both areas were fixed right away, and I had it brought down to Georgia so that I could actually use it. It was completely stock, and I beat it a little more than I should have, I imagine. I battered up the skid plate bad enough that I had to take it off, it was dragging off the road. I also at a later date was coming down a slight embankment and it caught the right end of my bumper and twisted it. Deployed in August of 2008 and Dad began the lift shortly thereafter, and it'll be a work in progress until I feel it's just right. Just finished with the 4" Rough Country suspension lift and just had it aligned. I ordered 15x10 MT Classic Lock wheels today, and next month will order the 33x12.5 MT Baja MTZ for it, so it's ready when I come home on R&R in late February. Sorry for the long write-up, just thought I'd give a background on me and my baby.
Before lift: The chrome wheel well strip fell off, the guys that fixed the rust didn't put it back on right, or couldn't.

My Baby! All the tires match now! 1993 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 SR5 Metallic Blue with Tacoma Wheels (take offs) 265/65/17 as of January 18, 2009. Love my truck! But the running boards have to go!

39 inch tires would look as a 31" tire looks on a 15" wheel. In other words, normal! I think the wheels are a bit big and I shoulda got the 16"s. Its got the Dub factor going! Maybe after I get the FJ Cruiser Coils in the rear and 2" control arm spacers, it will look normal! Thanks for the complament!

lol yeah you are almost rollin on dubs with those puny tires. i want to run 39s on mine and would love to use some sort of stock yota rims when i do it.but not my 15 inch 1999 rims, those limited rims look like they have too much backspacing for a 39x13 tire though but it would be interesting to try.
it will def look great once u put the 2" lift in and some bigger tires. its the first time i've seen those rims on an older rig, i cant wait to see what u put on em

Corax, that picture with your front end off the ground (at least that's what it looks like) is freaking sick. Also, how's Rausch Creek? My dad and his buddies used to go up to Tremont, and I see that that's where that is. I'm assuming where they went was trespassing, whether anyone cared or not is beyond me. I was around 5 when they used to do that, but I remember lots of coal mines, and the best part about the place was the huge mud holes and those huge hills made as a result of the mining.

I didn't do the lift but they are KYB Gas-A-Just. I would guess 2inch lift shocks. The PO did it. He is on here his username is "coolthew"

That was my first trip to Rausch Creek Offroad Park, and it was with a BIG group (~15 trucks) so progress through the park was a bit slower than I would have liked, but I plan on going back there again with just a few guys. My impression was that the place holds some promise for a good time, I just need to explore around a bit. So, yeah, I'd recommend a trip out there - just keep in mind that you need at least 2 trucks to get into the park (rules), a $10 annual membership, and $30 entrance fee per truck.
