Mak.... the rig is SICK! Seriously, I LOVE and admire all the hard work you've put into it.... and taking a pretty decent Cabbage Crop hit on that bumper.... WELL WORTH IT, very sick-PLUS! lol.
You're doing a coil/Zuk style, right? Been testing mine out... working GREAT!

It's a Warn M8000
I got either 9 or 10 in, it was the best I could do.
Gotta grab one! A winch and a wench lol
^^^ Very tasty!
Did you get all the bolts in? I gave up trying to get the ones with the offset washers. I couldn't get the bolts in and a wrench on it at the same time. I didn't run a tap through the holes in the frame, so maybe that's why nothing went in easily. I still have the bolts/washers if I ever get ambitious. I got a total of 9 bolts in.
Regardless, I got pulled by the D-shackle mounts using dual tow straps last weekend w/o any incident.

picked up a new bumper for my truck a couple hours ago. only $100.
just needs a little clean up, but i think it'll look good. it's pretty much the same as my current.
(this is my current bumper)

I really love the look of the old style toyota oval shaped bumpers from early 80's trucks, I don't like the look of bumpers on toys other than them, took a cheap boxy looking after market bumper off that was on my 87, a home made ugly 2x4 steel tube burger welded together bumper off the 84 and current 93 bumper like what he just bought, and where he has that cheap weak 2 inch 1/4 ton receiver bolted on that area was all rusted almost through so 1st thing I did after getting home with it I took it off, even though it was rusted badly it was still heavy. Was dead weight!!!! Does Georgia require bumpers by law?
Anybody know where I can get a old style single oval tube bumper? I think there aluminum!!!!

my latest beauty pose. i have to take pics on the rare occasion that i clean my tires, to immortalize the moment...and prove it happened! it's funny how clean tires make something inside of me crave to go offroad and trash 'em again as soon as possible.
you can see that 'shiny tire foam' stuff works well on the stone guard and bumper ends too.
