short ram is when the filter is still within the engine bay
cold air is when its outside of the engine bay like in the front bumper

Hmmmmmmm.
I kicked that idea around also, thought of plumbing it behind the fender and then out through the cowl and mounting my little filter up there. It'd look neat and be easier to clean than the set up I have now. Just haven't gotten around to redoing the piping that I put in there a while back.... Maybe someday.

I love mine, and I'll figure it all out... but occasionally, this white one I totaled? I MISS IT! hahaha. Thing ran for 200K for me alone, I bought it with 100K.... it NEVER was rebuilt or gave me a single MAJOR issue other than a HG at 240K. GRRR! LOL. I have more pics of the wreck I'm going to post on my build(2 weeks coma, 32 broken bones, died 3 times).... CRAZY that I lived, really.. , but this is after my accident....

My main concern is if out and about it gets dusty then wet...It's exposure that I don't like...Hmmm deep in thought now.
