dude. you drive a diesel 4-door hilux. we can't get those here in the states. any height you drive it at is perfect.

although, the ride height does look sweet

Did a lot of scrubbing and rinsing off at first, then used mothers polish along with the powerball with a drill. Applied mothers polish to the PB and slowly worked my way around applying polish to all areas then I pulled full speed on the drill adding additional pressure as I worked my way. Wheels do have some hard build up that won't come off but it think that may require a bit of sanding, which may hurt the clear coat. Using the PB definitely cut time in half, I was done in about an hour with good results compared to when I first got them.
As far as road manners, they're "ok." got some hum to it but not so bothering. Although, they're rubbing against my front valance lip so that may have to come off. I love the ride height and love the look. Thx for the support!

Yep... It looks good with 32s!! How bout you throw in a 1" BD lift to get rid of the rubbing? Man, I hope they start making those tires again, can't find them anywhere!

Thx. The plan is to add a 1 1/2 BJ spacers and adding a add a leaf. Maybe crank the T bars to help compensate for the add a leaf and then I should be set for my DD.

Looks like fun!! Wish I was there but you need to invest in lockers I love that I have my rear ARB and I'm itching to build the front. Nothing better than more traction.

Picked her up last month. She's an 1987 4Runner SR5 Turbo. 107k, Digital Dash, Inclinometer. 22RTE with a Automatic Tranny. Ive been looking for one of these for years and I finally found a clean black one. I plan on replicating my dad's 88 he had when I was a kid. His was also black, but he had some awesome ass centerlines on it. Looking for a set. =D Truck needs a headgasket, but I'll use the opportunity to rebuild the motor, add an intercooler and convert it over to a 5 speed.

Towed her home with my friend's 94.

My current line up. My 84 Supra that I just converted over to 5 speed, about to install the coilovers soon. My 87 Supra Turbo I'm getting rid of soon. And my 87 Turbo 'Runner.

I was actually going to drive the 8-6 to work today. But it has rained for about a day and I discovered the gap between the top and the drivers door allows water to drip right on the drivers seat so I took the car. I have alot of work on the top. I want to find a hard top like a jeep. But that is a bit down the road
I need the 31-10.50s first. I like the mickys but they Arnt the best for road travel.

No lift, just has the Zuk coil springs and cranked T-bars. Should be a 1 inch increase over factory height though.
