I am happy with these and did want something with a lumbar adjustment which these have. they do sit up high though and I don't recommend them if you are over 5'10. I did hammer in the transmission tunnel a little to fit the front inside part of the seat.
I had the same problem in my 89 4runner. The 94 4runner SR5 seats bolted right up but put me sitting to high and to close to the steering wheel not near enough leg room so I went back to the seats that came in it. I put them in my 86 2wd pu and have enough leg room but they sit a little to high for me.

I guess being around 6', ....I'd better rethink this then, eh? hahaha. Thanks for the input. Maybe the Mustang Seats, or something more low profile, like Ian did, ....that might be more conducive to a 'comfy-non-top'o'head'banging' ride, eh? hahaha. I might just have my seats done, after all is said and done.

PS> I have a guy here in Torrance, CA, (Torrance Upholstery), ....he did a great job on my console(made it higher and gray leather to match, etc., ....and he's been there 30 years or something. Gonna find out what he wants to do my Driver seat and I'll report back.

PS> How's it been, Old Fart? Hot and Humid yet in Bama'Jamma?

I finally fixed my Aisin Hub Switch and took my Toyota on a trail for the first time. Can't wait to go on some more, these Toyotas are loads of fun.

As promised, I swapped the tires and wheels, polished the wheels as best as I could. I think that my truck looks more aggressive with this setup...overall, I'm very happy!

The original plan was to swap over the 4:88s to the pickup and part out the rest, but IDK, its kinda grown on me.

Nah... not this time. LOL. I will try to restrain myself, hah.
X2 on the paint, its a nice shade of red. I saw a member on here with the same colored runner cleaned up and it looks amazing in the sun.

Your 4runner looks great as always!! Keep it up!
