So I've now owned 2 Toyotas and never taken any poser pics lol so I was bored this mornin and I did. For those of you who don't know this truck is bone stock besides pro comp AAl's in the rear and WABFAB (toytech) BJ spacers in the front with the dif drop on 31 10.50's. Here they are
This weekend, after we do some valve adjustments etc. to Motorunner133's 4runner maybe I can get some pics of it actually in action.
EDIT: Sorry about the large pictures, I tried editing them and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Any suggestions?

Thanks Chef, like I say I'd like to get some real pics. I just never have a camera or anyone to use it lol I think were gunna go mess around a bit this weekend though so I'll try to get some. I have to say it cleans up pretty good. Also I picked up a new tail gate from a friend of mine who got a new bed for his '89. I've got it blacked out gunna wet sand and try to get that finished up and on as well.

Hillbilly, I'm sure you've tried adjusting them in and out, the belts that is, right? They LOOK to be right on tension wise. To be honest, when I had that noise, it was DEFINITELY similar anyway, when my steering pump(#2, hahaha) was REALLY loud on the bearing noise. Also, my idler, when that was about to go, couple years ago, gradually got my belts louder and louder, until I replaced the bearing on it. OH< yes, but I didn't replace the idler pulley for that belt until said belt EXPLODED! lol. It still turned by hand, but when I put a stethoscope to the housing of it, behind there, ....DANG IT WAS CLEARLY the bearing in there.
Just a thought to rule it out. Napa has them, replacement bearings. I think Toyota makes you buy the whole pulley.
Some still use this certain bar soap to this day, to quiet up the belts, ....not sure which one or if it's a good/bad idea. I'd guess bad, but who knows? lol.

just changed tires and wheels
I'm still new here since I don't post much. anyways i sold the soft 8 15x7s I had with 4" backspace and 265/75/15 (31x10.50) Toyo A/Ts in favor of 15x8" Cragar soft 8 with 4.75" backspace (stock backspace) and 32x11.50 Cooper STTs. I really wish I had done this from the get go although i did ok selling the first set of wheels and tires after 12,000 miles of use. The gearing is fine with stock 5 spd and 4.10 gears. I run in 4th gear more but 5th is still plenty usable on the highway. I haven't had any rubbing yet and still have the mudflaps on. suspension is all stock other than Billstein shocks. 1.5" lift Summit shackles will be here later this morning. Truck has almost 66,000 miles currently. Paint is all original. Here are the pics.
