Well, did you take her in for CT Scan after that knock in her TG head? hehe. Maybe she needs a hole drilled in her head to let off the pressure, .....and here you are, 'drifting' her and all kinds of shenanigans! .....lol.

In all seriousness, .....checked the compression lately?

500$? Cool, it runs good, eh? Seems like you guys have had a good/cheap Yota-Find week, eh? lol.

PS> Time for a Zuk mod for that Runner, ......she's saggin pretty good, lol. Check my sig for the thread, other guys who've done it are in there, too. Plus, if you don't like the idea, there are plenty of other options in there. Or, heck, just drive it and forget about it, hahaha.

yeah eh?! LOL
got 2 , RUNNING, Toyota 4x4 for less than 3K, not bad at all !!

he had to replaced the brake lines before driving it home ($175) and looks like the fuel pump and/or gas line needs some work too, there was a leak when he got back here so him and his buddy are investigating that issue...AKA having fun working on the truck
but other than that, it's all pretty good and he said his ran even slightly better than mine
but mine has the nice wheels!! eh?!

Hahaha... yeah, I LOVE those wheels. I know they've been around a while... I just think they really look nice on those body rigs, and even into his body style trucks. 88 eh? I thought it was 89 that body came out... Maybe 88.5, hmm?

kscanuck, my "new" '89 was made in October '88 and is a first gen. For parts I've generally been calling it an '88 to avoid confusion. I have the same wheels and love them. These are aftermarket. They are generally American Racing Outlaw II's. My old '88 had those. My 89's are "Z Racing." I found out Z's were a Sears brand.

I need to take new pictures. I've got new 31x10.50x15 tires now.

ive ran 31s 33s and 35s. i like 35s on 4.10s better than 33s, heres why. on the instersate with 33s, 4th gear it way wound way to high, and 5th gear it would bog bad. so i was goin 4th and 5th every other minute. with 35s, 4th gear is perfect for 65-75mph. 5th gear is useless though. it doesnt loose hardly any speed goin up hill as long as i dont let off to much

I will keep that in mind , thanks
and honestly, the wheels is what helped a big deal selling me on the truck and the fact that the top comes off was a big plus too
