I dont care so much with my trucks, but im picky about my bike. Have to be careful not to spill gas with thoes, real easy to mess the tank paint up. And most of the self services place respect that.
quick google search came up with this
"The ban on self-service gas stations is a highly combustible issue and makes for some heated debates. New Jersey passed the law making it illegal to pump your own gas in 1949. At the time, legislators felt it was too dangerous to have untrained people dispensing such a flammable liquid. "

Maybe Cristy will clean up that swamp, too, eh? lol.
PS> If you have Handicap Stickers or Placard, it's MANDITORY for the station to pump you gas for Self Serve Rates(for other states info, lol).... "IF, mind you, there is more than one attendant on hand at the station".

Hey, this is deeper than it looks.....
Yeah, you cant see it but my receiver is buried about four inches into the ground...
But eventually I got myself out, this made me really want some lockers.... or a winch...
The aftermath...
The G/F's rig now with the proper 4WD grille. Just need the emblem now.

I was able to cruise at 70 mph without much problem. Any hills required fourth gear. And by hills I mean any slight grade in the pavement lol!
You should be fine!

Yeah, this was some slimy stuff. It clogged up my tires and all I could do was spin them. My buddy fell into it ass first, damn it was funny! Took almost 20 minutes to get out (The truck that is!), but it was worth making my friend ride home in the bed. Just think about how funny it is to have someone in the bed when you pull onto the road and start slinging dirt and mud out of the tires as you pick up speed lol!

Hey Teuf... she's lookin better, eh? lol. Yeah, well, on those tires I just removed, I bough them with 156K on the motor..... I now have 260K... So, 104K and they still had some tread on them, no uneven wearing and no even NEAR bald spots. Not bad, eh? That's why I got another set!!! Well, that and, honestly?? ...they never really got me stuck anywhere. I am a 'creeper' when it comes to wheeling, other than the occasional mud bath or creek flash... I love em! Hopefully, when I'm done with some other things I'd like to do first, ...I'll get a set of Guard Dogs or something. Keeping my eyes open for a set of cheap, 8" rims! My Buddy who owns the tire shop said he'd give me outlaw 2's for 80$ a piece out the door, (15x8's).

Hello everyone, I have been lurking around for several months now, my first time posting. I bought my 93' 4runner about 8 months ago bone stock, with really small tires. Had bad hail damage, a tree fell on her, and a busted idler arm. many yotatech search later, I have built my own rear bumper, roof rack, sleeping/storage platform, custom paint job in my garage, new tires, valve cover gaskets and misc engine work. few months later vola! Its getting there!

After (current)
I look forward to many more mods and yotatechs help, next up, rear springs shocks and lockers!
