painting the block of a 22rtec
should i paint my block if no why, or if yes, what color would be the best. I plan on using a good quality paint that is for engines im thinking a kawasaki green. p lease give me some more input as to what you guys do.thank you.

I am rebuilding mine in the spring and I think I am going to paint it silver.. why.. i have no clue

yep, and dont forget this big thing that covers it, the intake plenum... oh and the starter from below... yeah, a PIA to change.. .but if you pull the starter its almost bearable...almost

can someone describe where the fuel filter is in relation to the oil filter? ...wait....I think I got it...is "northwest" of the oil filter? I was curious about where it was...I have never seen mine!

POR paint, gloss black. Intake is powdercoated:
