Question Order Of Operation of setting New Suspension

Hey All,

On the home stretch on installing an entire new front suspension / steering components.
94 2WD Base

I've got new bushings UCA / LCA
New Strut Rod and Bushings
Using the same torsion Rod.

What is the order of operation when torqueing everything to spec? UCA LCA Bushings then Torsion Rod? Or the other way around?
Does it matter that I'll be setting the UPC LCA bushings at the same time?

Toyota is doing the alignment on Friday.
