Oil pan stuff

So I get my valves adjusted because I didn't have time or a nice warm garage to work in and I have to drive to Seattle tomorrow afternoon and I pick it up yesterday afternoon. First start up is strange but I've never adjusted the valves so I didn't know what to expect. Drive it for the evening to school and band practice didn't notice much. it did seem to be running better. Today I grabbed some lower ball joints to replace and I look under the truck and it's super oily so what could this be from. Drove back home to check and it just seems to be dripping constantly. My engine is old
No known work 281k on it runs smooth tho and I change the oil regularly well I get a flashlight to look around and it just seems to be the oil pan gasket is just ripped up and looks like some one tried putting silicone around it. Did some research everything I read is saying get Toyota fipg and don't tighten over 12 pounds.
So here's my question. What is a quick fix ? Just so I can drive another 340 miles before I redo the gasket on the oil pan and is there any tricks to getting the oil pan out quick

Oil generally moves down and back.

Maybe its coming from higher up than the pan.

Valve cover gaskets, or rubber half-moons in head??

Checked all the stuff up about maybe the valve cover but they put a new gasket on it so I dunno watching it while it runs tho it seems to just be seeping out on the passenger side of the block where it meets the oil pan

Ok so I think it is a combination of the oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket it wasn't leaking like this before I took it in so I called the shop there gonna look at it and reset it

Yeah, I was thinking they effed up the valve cover gasket, or dropped something down the timing chain, and tried to recover it, but half-assed the pan job. All's well that ends well!

Yea after inspecting the pan pretty throughly I think it is time to put the truck up for a few weeks and get everything sealed up properly and pull the pan and get it set again I can see bits of the gasket all over it and it looks like some one just covered it in silicone
