Oil Leaking from Timing Cover Bolts???

Is that what the 'SHOP' it's in told you? Not saying they're lying, not even trying to cast doubt... I'm just curious.... are they saying it's not 'WHINING' at all because of a seizing water pump? If they're fixing both, I guess you'll never know! lol.

I found the noise problem. I had my mechanic look at the pump and he said that I should replace it. He is a little reluctant because I am not feeling too confident about the Mc Gyver repair that I made on the AC bolt, and he does not want to put on a pump just to take it off to fix the timing cover. I told him to go ahead and do the pump anyways.
