No power to fuel pump

Sorry for the long read ahead of time. But heres what I'm dealing with.
1995 3.0 4runner
On my way to work yesterday truck lost engine power. Would crank over but wasn't getting fuel. Fuel pump wasn't coming on. Dropped tank at work, tested pump and it's not bad. Checked the wires to the pump and no power. I jumped the B+ and FP in the diag and got power. Replaced AFM, and ECM from a parts truck I got. Still nothing. Ill be replacing the harness next but was hoping you guys may have some incite. Ran fine before my battery got cut and battery acid leaked out. Had a miss, replaced plugs and wires, ran fine. Now this.

I took out a relay from the relay box in front of the fuse box. Was the smaller box far left relay. And used it to test in the EFI relay port. Didn't change anything. Unless I'm missing something?

Just took a better look at the diagram. I think I kinda see what you're saying. Trucks at work. I'm going to go out and look for it on the parts truck. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have it figured out.

The EFI main relay and the Circuit Opening Relay are two different things. The COR is located above the ECM. Since you said you had power to the pump when you jumped +B and FP, you can assume that the EFI main relay is good. Here it what is looks like in a wiring diagram...

Did you find WHAT was wrong with the COR (multimeter testing)? I doubt there is any reasonable repair, but it would be interesting to know what part failed.

Think I may have figured out why the relay failed. My windshield was replaced before I purchased the truck. Don't know when it was replaced but it wasn't sealed correctly. It tends to leak. Well water apparently got down in side of the dash and must have gotten into it. The connector was pretty corroded. Going to mess with it and see if it was just the connector but ran out of time. Won't test it till Sunday or Monday. Too busy with work and other things. Can't thank you guys enough.
