I'm looking into purchasing some Cragar soft 8 wheels with 31x 10.5x 15 Goodyear Duratracs. I'm trying to decide on 15x7 or 15x8 rims but unsure which backspacing options to get 4", 4.5", or 4.75". Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

I know this question has been beat to death but I have not been able to find a definitive answer through searching.

very nice wanna sell it? I saw one around here the guy wanted 7k for it and I think he sold it fast. The 1st gens seem to all be going to Mexico every week I see 4-8 of them in a convoy on the 10 heading to Mexico, it freaking sucks I don't know how they find them I look every day for a decent one, saw one on Sunday it was black 88-89 super clean being pulled by a black early 90's extra cab. I was so pissed, they ruin our desert with trash, screw our country up with drugs and take all our Toyotas. We need to build a wall.

Not related to that but FYI, if you decide to run a soft top be sure to park the rig indoors and still have an alarm system in there. I say that b/c I have a friend who's has been stolen twice, both times they just opened the topper sides and crawled in.

Parts (pair of springs) were less than $75 on eBay from Black Magic Springs.
Took me about 45mins to do both sides!!

Only down side is if you have manual windows you can hit the cup with your hand while opening/closing if the cup is tall.

Nice rig. I also have the softopper. Great fit, easy to use. Only advantages the other tops have is being able to accommodate a rack on top. I don't plan on going on safari so the softopper is perfect. And its funny, there is actually LESS road noise when the soft top is on. No reverb from the fiberglass holding everything in.

And my Runner came with a dashmat when I bought it. Its ok, I have only used it a couple of times.

92Toy just did the zuk with 11 inch springs, looks like stock height and will look good with your 31s.

Pics of said softopper are in my build thread at the bottom of my sig

Stunning rig! Don't ever do anything crazy like lift it and off road it, really. Do the Zuk mod to level it and just drive it. Great find.
