yup, ebay. they start at a dollar plus $45 shipping. there are also ones for $80-$90 buy now options and $20 shipping. the ones that start at a dollar usually end around $40. i've had mine in my beemer for about a year, its my daily and i drive with the lights on all the time for safety and i like poseur (tm) factor. at night they are seriously the best thing ever. i feel like i have no lights when i drive the runner. 8k in my opinion is optimum. i just love the way those things light up the road, it also helps i have euro spec/code projectors.

only prob with 4runners is that you don't have a 4 light set up so you'll only have low beams. i don't mind. i never use the highs in my bmw anymore. or you could pony up and spend $300 on a bi xenon kit that uses a hallogen for the high beam. not worth it in my opinion. prolly be better off putting extra pencil beam off road lights on the bumper.
