Acting like cuz he's across the states he can just hammer ya.
Dude Im not sure what exactly your are saying..Sounds like you got Jones on this deal...WTF?

That sucks!!

I agree with Bleeder and homeless.....rebuild it your self. IF nothing else, just follow bleeder's thread. (Saved my butt!)

I just rebuilt the head on my engine. It's amazing how simple the 22RE is and easy to work on. I would not consider myself to be any great mechanic, but I can replace parts. When things get beyond my skill set I search YT for answers and also have a couple of buddies that lend a hand on occasion.

The problem with DOA is that they are based out of Mooresville, NC. This is where all of NASCAR is based out of. Maybe he is stuck in the 60's with NASCAR (Pushrod V8 that burns lead gas)

Glad i seen this guess i will go with the LC engine when i decide to get a new one!!

my personal pref. would be for an EB engine first, then LC, but depends on what you're after. I like the stock setup with mild upgrades. plus, Ted'll treat you right on the customer service. he doesn't mind answering questions.

heres the only thing that i can see DOA having going for them...
and thats the fact that he is one of the only guys who actually has "performance" options for the 3vz...
in other words, people do a search for 3vz performance and they have that site pop up...
