Update
Earlier on i checked the ecm, and found it to be bad, but after looking at the fsm i realized i was testing it with the ecm "upside down", if that makes sense, after checking it again, the e1 to ground measured 7 ohms, i also checked the tps and the vafm, and both checked out as good,
next i checked the tps at the ecm harness, one of the tests has you test between two terminals with the key in the on position and with the throttle closed it should measure around 4 volts, and with the throttle fully open, it shouod be around 0.2 to 0.5 volts, well at fully open it was still 4.02 volts
Even after telling my dad this, he took it to a well known mechanic that worked for toyota for over 20 years, and he narowed it down to the wiring harness, so its fixed, but my dad wont be able to pick it up until the morning but the mechanic said it runs perfect , so i will post another update tomorrow

Ok, we went to pick it up, and when we drove off, it still had the same.problem, so my dad left it with the mechanic again, and he did a fuel pressure test and it was at 50 psi, and when he would hit the throttle, the fuel pressure would drop way down, so it turned out to be the fuel pressure damper, so now it runs good again, for a 3.slo that is

We havent gotten a different computer yet, and i made a different thread and someone helped me find where the ecm ground attaches, and it attaches to the top of the rear of the passenger side head, i am waiting for it to cool off right now, then i will remove it,and clean the mating surfaces and re-attach it and see if it makes a difference
Also, i know this seems lazy of me to ask this , but is the ground that attaches to the firewall and intake manifold the only ground connecting the engine to the body?

Sorry for the thread jack, just had to share that since it made my day.

Here is a descriptive article about how a bad fuel damper will cause hesitation/falling on face symptoms

THAT'S where it attaches? No wonder my truck was acting up.... I was just doing some work on it today and found that ground was loose, turns out the threads were stripped and the bolt was half-out. My truck would effectively turn-off every 15 minutes for like half a second then jerk back on, been doing it ever since I got it. I checked every ground but couldn't reach that one until today.

Edit: glad i could help, and thanks again to everyone who put in there $0.02
