PS pump idler, or the AC idler pulley. One of the two.
It's what the bolt goes through that holds the pulley, and allows it to slide back and forth in the tensioner. IIRC, it goes throught he slot, with the wide part on the forward part of the slide slot, IE on the outside, and the small part sticks into the slide slot. Then the pulley's bolt goes through it, with the pulley bearing essentially resting against your little part. Then once you have it tensioned, you tighten up the unt on the bolt to hold it in place. Be careful, tightening the bolt up can change the tension, so you should check the tension, and reset it if needed.
Good luck!
