Mystery Screw/Valve/VSV
Hi guys..... 1991 Toyota Pickup V6 - 3VZE
I cannot for the life of me figure out what this thing is called/does. It looks like a VSV valve but it has a big black adjustment screw with a spring on it. Any ideas? The technician found a vacuum leak on the hose going to it and I'm just curious what it does because somehow i missed it despite having sprayed the hell out of all of the vacuum lines with Carb cleaner...

After searching every resource I could find, I finally used the right keywords in google to figure out that it's a VSV/Diaphragm that controls the idle increase when A/C is turned on. Turning the screw adjusts the idle.
