yeah i think that's what happened.the sad thing is work at a bodyshop where we constantly weld on vehciles and someone reminded me to do that and i was too excited and frogot

Hey LTrunner,

I used to live near you. I'v ebeen gone form that area for 12 years now. Anyway, where can you wheel there nowadays. We used to go a trail off 202 in Holyoke but that's closed to vehicles now and some places in Florence, Williamsburg and Goshen.

I bet MA is shutting down whatever they can these days. Where do you go?

there is:
MaBelle- northhampton(very short, very hard)
Gutter- larrvette(this place is huge over 8miles of different trails)
Erving- located in erving(short not much, easy,not sure if still open)
there is a place in Belcthuretown, private porperty only open to certian ppl
there is a place in Plamer, also private, and only open to certian ppl
there are also a few more private trails i haven't been on yet but i've been invited to.

so where did you live? and where are you now?

MaBelle? Is that trailhead near a small river and factory turned into apartments? If so, we used to call that the Ice House trails. The MA National Guard would do off road training there. Hummers, Jeeps etc.

i live in florence now the ice house trails are closed up and ma bell is a trail that leads to the national guard base from the opposite direction

i've always been told ther 3was a nat. gruad base in back of MaBelle, but i've never been past the field at the end to see it.

emmmm....can't wait to wheel MaBelle with my SAS *drools on self*

yeah its past the field its actually quite interesting theres like a foundation for a bunker hidden off the path and a few old sand bag bunkers to the side of the path. if you go back there it eventually leads to the fence that has a sign that says Nat. guard stuff. and the SAS will def be sick at Ma Belle

Nice truck man, I was wondering about the rear 63" chevy leafsprings, whether you went with a single shackle or a double shackle

hey buddy, well have to get a hold of you soon. theres a few little places a little east of where you are, and alot just above us in souther nh near rindge and keene. Were just finishing up a rebuild on an Iveco 3.9 4 cyl 8v turbo diesel in a 86 solid axle pickup. Im working on a 4runner, prolly wont be done till winter, but when its finished, youll all be the first to know. pm you email or something man, get something goin
