rock slayer, your 4 runner looks great. i shortened the bed of my truck by a foot and that was fun. i always wanted a 4 door off road rig so i think i'll have to copy you. it kinda looks like the explorer sport trac with the exception you have more room, space behind the rear seat, and off-road ability. i won't compare it to honda's frameless truck. good work.

thanks 88cleve
and 904 not sure what you mean by stability (i haven't had it on 2 wheels goin around a corner at 55mph since the chop but maybe i just drive slower now haha no need to drive fast when i have a tank it handles more like a truck than a runner(probably because i took 150lbs or so off the back end

it feels less topheavy than a 4-runner but still a lil more than a pickup if that makes sence still have yet to offroad with bigger than stock tires tho
benifits lots with the box there everything is accessible with out crawling into a bed or whatnot and its very very very nice to have a place to put wet muddy straps other than dropped on the carpet in the back and on the not so applicable note its funny to overhear people in a parking lot who can't seem to figure out what the heck your driving i hateed crawling around in the back before when i was covered in mud or when the thing i wanted was just out of reach now i can access anything while standing outside

just an idea, but move the toolbox forward and cut a space in front of the bed so it sinks into the "bed" space.
then make some tube contraption that hangs ur spare instead of a tailgate

I love them. They gave me the ride height that I was looking for for now and the ride with them is the same as it was before, not that it was that great to begin with. And yea I put them in myself at a buddies shop. I got to use air tools which by the looks of it with the chop you should have some. They went in really easy. Me and my buddy got both shocks, cut both UCA's, and got both BJ spacers in, in about an hour and a half if I remember. And that was without prepping any of the old nuts and bolts with pb blaster or anything.
