Jay, Right now I am without a specific plan. There's no doubt I'll get it all back together. But somehow I've got to make it better in spite of this adversity.

Just not sure where this will lead me....

Glad to hear everyone is okay. Things can be rebuilt/replaced.

lol. Go browse through a Mini Truckin Magazine at the store (that way its free cuz I know you wont buy one) then you will see some clean Mini Trucks.

Don't get me wrong that is a clean truck and one I would be VERY proud to own. But it is amazing how much effort these guys put into them to make every single peice on the truck their own.

Targetnut - That is a beautiful truck and has always been one of my favorites. (I think I've seen it on yotascene.com once or twice) Good luck and I hope she is back on the road soon and better than ever.

i dont see why you would be mad at the kid. yea he wrecked the truck but its not like he stole it and totaled it. he was doing as he was told and lost control. its a honest mistake, if you can even call it a mistake

I can see "totally" how all that damaged happened.
I wonder if a skid plate would've helped?

Well there ya go: Downey lift kit, Sway-away bars set for no lift, and a reinforced skid plate...? Maybe...?
or maybe don't go down that road when it's cold?

And you were so close to getting the MS dialed in and now you can't drive it to finish the tuning.

If you want to, I'll dial it in on my 91. Just ship it down here.

Dang that sucks! I didn't realize it was sitting on the guardrail in the first pic.

Ultimately, I'd sure like to go there.

Unfortunately, Because I'd have to build a whole new engine, That's just not in the picture at this time.

Would sure be nice though!

The claims adjuster came to inspect the damage this morning. The truck will be totaled. I'm going to buy it back and fix it though.

Some of the upgrades I'm considering:
I'm leaning towards a fuel cell,
polyurethane bushings,
Brake mods,
rack and pinion steering,

I just can't focus.

Maybe this weekend while I'm working on the suspension It'll come to me

Like divine inspiration
