the cold start injector has the gas line and an wiring plug, so disconnect the plug first, not the gas line.

if the CS injector is spraying, disconnecting the plug should close it. if the plug is closed and the manifold heats up, you know it's something to do with the valve.

well thats the most obvious to me. i mean obviouly omethins wrong if it gettin cold like that. so it might have somethin to do with my problem.idk. well before I replaced my intake gasket my truck cranked easy but sounded bad. After i replaced it it doesnt want to crank and it still sounds bad. but when i do finally get it cranked it runs and idles pretty good for about 20 seconds and then goes to crap.

cold start

Hey, of course the motor wont start if the cs inject. is unplugged!!!! start it then disconnect. It will close the injector and discontinue the fuel relase. You may have a leaking cold start, IS it hard to start the motor when the engine is warm? if so it is leaking.
