More EVAP questions
I got most of it figured out, thanks to the forums here. I am missing the Vapor Pressure Sensor on my truck which is a 1990. The donor is from a 96 Tacoma. The donor harness has been cut, did not realize that when I bought the motor. There is a black plug on the drivers side, with grn/blk strip, red/yel stripe, and brn/blk stripe wires. I'm assuming that is the connection for the VPS. There are two that are cut white/green stripe and white/red stripe. Is that for the VSV for the VPS, blue end I could not find any other wires that would go to the VSV for the EVAP. Can you use any 3.0 parts to work around this. Once I get this done I will dive into the wiring.......YEAH......but scared. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Hmmm. I'm no expert, but I've never heard of a Vapor Pressure Sensor on any 1990 vintage pickup. Have you checked a FSM? http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995...5/contents.htm

Why don't you wander over this way https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160/ and take a peek at this thread: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160...85/index4.html
scope103, he's done a motor swap, and is referring to the VPS on the 3.4 motor.
