Medium Or Heavy Duty OME Springs?

Medium Or Heavy Duty OME Springs?
I have a 1993 4runner v6 4x4. I am debating on weather or not to purchase OME heavy duty springs or Medium springs. My main concern is to get rid of that sag the stock springs create. Will the medium springs give the same amount of lift the heavy duty springs would? and is there a huge difference in ride quality between the two?

if you wanna haul heavy stuff like a camping trailer and keep it for sagging alot go for the heavy duty but if you dont just get the medium duty and the ride wont be as stiff

I,ve got heavy duty on mine, and the ride is OK- much better than the saggy springs.
And yes, my avatar picture was taken before OME.

Very sharp looking truck for being so simple...Reminds me of how I lifted my first gen runner...Everyone would always ask me what lift kit I had, and all it really had was a 3" block in the rear, stock height in the front and some 32" mudds....

are the heavy duty the "extra 400# GVRW or something" if so i have them.
Ride without gear in the back is a bit rough, but when you load er up she ant sitting on the bump stops anymore and feels much more solid, like it should.
If i had to do again, (based on my needs) id choose the heavy again.

I got the softer ones. They still ride stiffer than the originals. I still got the 1.5" lift. I chose the softer because I don't tow much with that truck anymore. However after having them in it is amazing how little the back moves when I put the same weight in it. When I used to load it with the old springs it would sink considerably - or when you leaned on the endgate. Not any more - it bearly moves. I wanted the softer ones so it would flex a little better.

CallmeJ,
Is there a website with pricing for these?
I am going to be building a roof rack that will hold an ice chest or two and a kayak, so I will need the heavy duty springs.
Just curious as to what I'll be spending.
Thanks
Shawn

You're in Texas...don't know how far you are away from Dallas but thats where Phil is at. Prices on the website are not the same price he gives Yotatech. You can also check out pics of what he offers from this thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54794
