On the circuit board in the emc on the back side of it lil burnt piece of copper was broken

I should have took somm picks because i know people have made the same mistake i made and i almost started to just replace all codes that was trowing at me and now no codes what so ever

Sounds like the ECU has a fusible link? News to me, and a cheaper fix than it could've been for you... I have run into that before on a 12v caulking gun circuit board though, soldered in a strand of wire and worked fine.
