Lower Ball Joint recommendation
I'm going for new lower BJ and looking for advice. Since buying from Europe I'm not so familiar with US dealers and would certainly like to avoid ebay. So, I would appreciate your suggestions. It doesn't have to be OEM because of low budget. Tnx

It's possible to find it here, but first two dealers were asking around 75 USD for aftermarket one. I will search some more but just in case...
and yeah, wrong one would be real bummer. Extra reason for me to ask for help

First off, welcome to Yotatech from across the big pond. There are a lot of threads on here about the different opinions of ball joints. But like Wyoming said, you get what you pay for.
I'm getting XRF ball joints and tie rod ends. The closest dealer was about an hour away and one of the uppers is backed ordered. So I'm waiting. I researched and I liked what was on their web site as well as what people were saying about them on different forums. I also considered Pro Forged also. This why I went with XRF's.
A lot of guys here recommend the Sankei's, Beck Arnley's and Raybestos. Most of the time the Beck Arnley's and Raybestos's are rebadged Sankeis in their respective boxes. Sankei's are not essentially OEM but are one of the parts manufacturers for Toyota. I wouldn't have a problem using them either. There's also Moog parts and other brands as well. But again, if you go cheap and buy Chinese made ball joints, you get what you pay for. Well made parts cost more but last longer which means they are cheaper in the long run. There has to be a distributor in Europe somewhere closer to you that deals with OEM type parts so shipping would be cheaper for you.
This is a shipping estimate to Croatia for two Beck Arnley BJ's from Summit Racing.

I don't think buying from the USA is the cheapest option for you. I would seek a closer option to you. I wouldn't be afraid to buy from Ebay as long as the seller had a good rating and sold name brand parts. Amazon is good also but I don't know about a Euro option for those companies. x2 on Rockauto also. I ordered from them and they are great.
And do a Bing or Goggle search for example, "1st gen 4Runner ball joints", and all the threads here and on other forums will be found.
FYI, I have Serbian/Croatian blood on my Mom's side, being baptized Serbian Orthodox. German/Polish on my Dad's side but I'm a full blooded American Patriot...just in case you wanted to know...or not.
P.S. What vehicle are you working on??
