today i just discovered in the skid plate a tranny cooler i think.. ill take some pics tommorow.. didnt know they came stock or if it was added in japan.

the build quality is top notch on this truck.. it was in there pinnacle of reliability.. i hope to keep it clean..
in the us you can buy a half cut and convert.. i would get the 3l diesel little more reliability...

(Quote)The one thing that is driving me nuts is now that I've gotten 90% of the mechanical stuff done the stupid clutch needs to be replaced. I'll be doing that next week.(Quote)

I have a tranny jack you can borrow if you want. What clutch are you getting? I really like the Marlin HD I put in mine last summer.

I've got your phone number so if I get to a point where I need that jack I'll give you a call and come borrow it, does the tranny jack make it that much easier? Thanks.

I've been looking at a lot of clutches and so far I'm down to the Marlin HD or an OEM replacement. I'll probably go with the OEM since it's 102$ and I can get it in town. The MC is 180$ and I still have to pay shipping. Budget, budget, budget........

I was able to do the clutch on mine by myself with the tranny jack, I highly recommend it.

Stock clutch should be fine, after all it lasted this long on a stocker.
