lift with stock rims?

Yes. You may get some mild rubbing on the inner sidewall from the control arm though. I did on my stock 31x10.50's. The bulge of the tire gets real close to the control arm and rubs occasionally. Problem disappeared when I went to 33x10.50's.

That's funny because I'm looking to do the same thing. I recently moved back to the N.C. coast and do alot of surf fishing. I need a less aggressive wider tire to drive on the beach. One of us needs to do a test fit
I'll go out tomorrow, get under my 4runner and do some measuring. I'll post here tomorrow what I come up with.

Jay's spot-on for the most part. Looks like I could get away with it barely because I have 1/4" spacers but I'm not going to try. You'll get some rubbing at full lock on other stuff anyways. Looks like I'll be looking for some cheap 15x8's before I buy the 12.50's.
