Internal engine issue.
I a power problem and head replaced. I have replaced
Ignitor
coil
injectors 4 hole
plugs and wires
cap and rotor
head
fuel pump
checked:
timing Tried various settings
oil pressure 50# cold 25# running and warm
lashed valves .08 in 10 exh
Mass airflow seems to work
Compression was good before head replaced
has tick and loses power with RPMs. Any type of slight Grade or Hill is a big no-no
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Feel free to call me with any advice

Did you put the chain on right? Jumped a link or two?

I would have thought that if it were a timing issue it would be consistent. Not a gradual change as you describe. I'd suggest you run a compression check and a leak down to make sure your head gasket hasn't failed or other compression issues. Verify your timing has not moved. Verify your harmonic balancer is not slipping causing your timing mark to move.
