Infamous 22re issue!!!

Alright Yotatech, I'm at a complete loss. I've searched and read, tried everything I can think do do so if anyone has any input please share!
Back story: 1994 2WD 22re auto. With 240k miles. Traded a rebuilt 22re and a pistol for the truck but it started and died. I've replaced the following parts:
Plugs
Wires
Cap and rotor
Fuel filter and in tank fuel pump filter
TPS (1.98oms with .57mm feeler gauge in throttle stop)
Air filter
Intake gaskets and injector o-rings
Vacuum lines
Pcv valve
Filled tank and added Lucus engine cleaner

I have replaced the following parts with know good parts from a running truck:
AFM (tested good)
Distributor
Ecu
COR
Coolant temp sensors
Egr valve and air temp sensor

I cleaned the IAC valve
Adjusted valves
Disconnected exhaust at the cat
Coolant level is full
Cleaned intake
The cor clicks on but I've also done the fuel pump jumper with no difference
Plugs are connected to tps and afm and are in good shape
I can't correctly time the engine and I verified the position the the distributor.
The distributor is as far as you can turn it in the ccw direction. It's running very advanced, like it's off by a tooth but it's not. Distributor goes in at the 1200 position and stops at 1100. #1cylinder is tdc
I've gone through 4tps sensors and bought a new one from eBay. I suspect there is a short between the tps and ecu that might be sending a bad signal or killing the sensors.
When I get it to stay running there is no throttle response or dies when I put it in gear. I was able to drive it twice but still no throttle response.

I hope this was enough info to give y'all an idea where I'm at with this thing.
Sorry for the long thread, thanks for your insight.

You got this truck in a non running condition??

You pulled the fuel pump out to change the sock but never tested pump pressure??

If you checked spark you don`t mention it.

Just changed parts .

Have the injectors checked while they were out? If this sat for some time the Ethanol can cause rust in the injectors

You had 4 Bad Throttle Position Sensors I never had one in my whole fleet Yet!! Does the EFI fuse keep opening?? It would if you had a short.

Cheap Aftermarket parts??

Fuel pressure tested good.
Yes I have spark
I didn't but should have tested the injectors while in had them out.
I only changed parts that related to tps issues at first. Then figured since I have have a running truck that's the same year I would swap parts that could go bad.

The 4 tps sensors were the one that was on the truck when I got it. 2 sensors were extra I had from other projects. And 1 I bought new but it was aftermarket so I figured it might be crap.

Fuses are all good and efi relay works.
There's also no cracks in the intake tube.

Isn't CCW advancing the timing? You say it is turned all the way CCW and running very advanced.
Turn distributor CW and see what happens?

When I connect the E1>TE1? jumper and try to retard the timing it starts to run worse and die the closer it moves to 5 degrees turning it CW.

You may have to increase the idle at the idle adjustment screw. As you retard the timing the idle speed tends to decrease.
Idle speed is 850rpm for an auto, 750rpm for manual
