Okay, something weird is going on. I have all this green grease coming out of my CV shaft boots. Its coming from the inner boots, and out through the outsides (towards the wheels.)
Anyone know what this means? They're only 11 months old.

Doesn't mean anything more than that.
You could try replacing the clamps. I've used regular screw type hose clamps to fix that before.

NICE! Thanks. I was really confused when the other number was pointing to the CV rod.
Yes, the grease is coming just through the boot end. My concern is that it would be low on grease now. And why would it do it now, when it's had 11 months of wheeling to do it? Perhaps the cold?

And the problem gets worse....
Let me just start by complimenting Wabfab and Trailgear for an outstanding product! Never could I have asked for a cheaper wheel bearing package.
And now on to the bad news. So I got the bearing kit today and got right into it. Started with the passenger side since the hub was easier to get off on that side. The bearings were fine, grease was all still red, no signs of why it should be screaming.... Bearings were packed very well still. So I ripped the 6 bolts out from between the cv and the differential, only to find that the damn thing WOULD NOT COME OUT!!! My roommate is a Toyota technician and even he couldn't figure out how to get that damn thing out without taking the differential out or taking the knuckle off. I was however, able to get the axle shaft pushed in towards the differential far enough to get the brass bushing to come out enough so I could look at it. It was DESTROYED!!! Looks like gravel got in there it was so scarred and scratched up. So I put a buncha grease on it and shoved it back in... The temp is supposed to be -10 here tomorrow so that should be the perfect test of how well that grease will do. I knew I should have ordered new bushings. I couldn't get the hub off the drivers side so I just gave up on it.
Does anyone know how to get those damn CV's out with taking the diff out or the knuckle off?

UPDATE: So far, so good. I ended up ripping everything apart to the point where I could pull the CV out far enough to get access to the bushing so I could smear grease all over it. So far, no more noise. And with temps down to -25, if it was going to squeak, it would have.
