Idle drop after any engine rev - 3.0
92 3.0
85K miles
Sat for a few years. Just got a new fuel tank, OEM pump, pump bracket, NGK plugs, dist cap and rotor button.
Engine runs great - except when I rev it any past the 800 RPM mark, when the RPM's come back down it will almost stall out returning to idle. Occasionally it will stall.
I can find no vacuum lines that are broken no can I find any air leaks on the throttle body intake pipes.
I'm not looking to throw money or parts at this problem but any advice on pinpointing the culprit would be very helpful.
Thanks!

I had the same problem, it was a vacuum line coming from the oem intake box. A $100 CAI kit from ebay solved it. Try adjusting your idle screw to around 900/1000 rpm. Sounds like a high idle but thats what i did and now my ac blows ice cold at idle and the revs dont drop.
