Just turned 224,00 on my 90,3.0.
Oil pump replaced at 186,000.
Head gaskets were done about,oh...188,000.
Have some valve chatter and a slight miss, which I'm "assuming" is due to the valve chatter. 1000 miles back, did entire tune up,incuding fuel filter.
This past summer,replaced...starter,alternator,battery. Getting ready to change power steering pump. *ugh*
Not the greatest on power, but not the worst either. Not the greatest on mpg (15-17 city,17-19 hgwy),but it could be worse, right?

Slight miss after warmup is usually due to a vacuum leak.

330 000 km all original! Match number 4Runner! No head gasket done and riding in Quebec's cold winter! Still running strong, not taking any oil nor coolant.

About to turn 177K on mine. A/C might have finally given up the ghost...its being looked at right now. H/G was done @ 60K. On my 5th set of tires as of last week (SMOKIN' deal...4 Michellin LTX M/S 31x10.5 for $167! They were starting to dryrot and still under warranty!)
My Mom has a '93 2WD V6 that has almost 300K. Hope it lasts a few more years as its definately showing some wear.

I just hit 232,000. I bought it at 200,000. No idea of HG but runs awesome. I have done all new cooling system. All new front end. Wires, plugs, all that stuff. Getting ready to do seafoam treatment. then do oil pan. And do valve adjustment. That's the only real problem is the tapping... Quick ques: anyone run the E3K diamond fire plugs? Anyone notice higher engine temps or any engine difference from NGK plugs?

167,000+, HG done under recall (Aug 98, 57k miles) Steering Relay rod done under recall (Aug 06, 126k miles). Nothing but routine maintenance, runs great. A/C started acting up last summer, I think it's a sensor but might be the compressor clutch. 19+ mpg consistently (since I solved the EGR puzzle), DD with 50 mile round-trip commute each day.
1/2/2011 update: 198,000+ now, still going strong, had a rough idle, significant missing under load issue last fall. Turns out when I changed plugs last most of the threads stripped out of cylinder 6 (or 3, closest to driver). One day the spark plug blew out, talk about loud, it was still held by the plug wire. I wrapped the plug with teflon plumbing tape, cranked it in and drove it home. I ran one of those taps in that bores out the hole a little bigger, then a threaded sleeve that sizes it for the plug again. Took about two hours taking my time, cleaning out the tap frequently. New plugs all around and new wires and it's like new again, getting 20+ mpg every second or third tank.

My truck has 266 and I did the hg last july at 255. I added cams and lce headers...stupid me didn't think I had to rework the botttom end. I should have. But oh well when it gives up ill just throw a 1uzfe in there. Most of the time I get about 220 miles to a tank but last weekend I got 300 by going 60 on the highway and drafting behind a big rig lol.
