Looks like a lot of work for what you could do with a trailer tail light converter, some splice/taps and an electronic signal flasher... and not have to modify the corner / parking light housings at all.

We went to Autozone, Advance Auto, and O'Reily's and none of the stores had what you are talking about. We tried to do that in the first place as well.

i found these and bought them today....

http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Det...53_0195079149#

they have a twist lock on them and im hoping to incorporate this into the mod for easy replacement of the bulbs...

i also wonder if there are any creative ideas out there to use for a spacer, besides the bubba-job bottle-cap idea. im headin over to home depot to see i there is abs/pvc cap that would be sturdier and mount to the surface easier than a flimsy bottle cap. is heat from the bulb ever a concern?

please list some ideas i know they are out there!

looked up your build jardin and couldnt find any blinker mod, nice rig tho!

when i got to home depot (i hate the orange box, but ace was closed), i b lined it for plumbing and took a look @ various sized of couplings caps plugs and pipes. came across a schd 40 1 inch outer plug that looked like it might work, it will take a lot of patience to make it happen. it looks a little thick (like one kerf too thick for the tabs to work, clamp and chopsaw), unibit a hole in there, then i will have to dremmel channels into the plug for the socket to lock, chop the plug in half (way too long) and still find the best way to adhere it to the housing, most likely silicone. this makes the wiring look easier by the second...

I love the oil drips under the truck. Looks like my parking spot in front of the house. Thing leaks like a Harley.

turn signal mod

ok i got one side done getting a little dark and its saturday night so gonna finish the other side tomorrow. i also ended up hooking it up the way everyone else hooked theres up . over all out of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best i give this emprovement a 8 because the parking light is brighter but about twice as bright as the little bulb that was in there not three times like some one mentioned , how ever the blinker is pretty bright not bad, happy with the mod .
