HELP. (off topic) could not post under maintenance
Hey guys so ive had my 1993 pickup for almost 3 years now and put nearly 30k on it. No problems ever with it until one day when i was on my way back from lake tahoe. Drove probably about 1500 miles all together the drives were about 400-450 at a time, on my way hear just an hour or so out my check engine light comes on... Wasnt starting so i got a new battery and alternator cuz the triple A person showed me my alternator was going for ~13 all the way down to 5.5 then creeping back up to where its supposed to be. Either way got all that taken care of but the light is still on...
Here's my question:
Used a wire to get the code but its really confusing how to tell which code is which. It flashes once then once again with only a short pause between then a pause about 3-5 seconds then flashes again. Then repeats this over and over. Any idea which code this is? Its a 1993 toyota pickup 3.0 v6.
Thanks in advance for your time!

First the CEL has nothing to do with the Charging System.
Were your brake and charge lights on as well??
#21 is the ecu is not seeing the correct or any signal from the O2 Sensor
Which would not effect your not starting condition unless it was shorted causing the EFI fuse to open
