Ok, thanks man. I think all I need are the Crush washers for the fuel rail and for the CSV. Maybe get a lower rad hose but mine seems alright (famous last words).

YES, and I did my water pump to return pipe hose...PITA, INDEED! Actually, I did them all, but after getting my water pump back on before I decided to build it,.....then to find it leaking like a pig due to having NOOOOO ROOOOOOOM to fully tighten that clamp down,Grrrr...I replaced the hose and put in a Toyota Airline Hose Clamp. (the parts guy called the clamps just that, lol)

Oooo Ok, I'll have to take a better look at it.
As for the pic's I don't have any of the injectors, I had Dad take them to the office and I picked them up at his work on the way to my work and I mailed them out. I will have more of the truck and progress over the weekend I'll be tearing into it more tomorrow.
The crank bolt is all good came out without any issues what so ever. Starter didn't even know it was there.

I used a breaker bar and flywheel bolts on the pilot bearing side of the crank and a normal torque wrench on the balance bolt
OH wait, that's another reason to pull the motor. Hahah couldn't resist.

Auto...Auto...Hell not. Don't like those things. psst look at my sig, the runner will be a 5spd someday too. I have the parts truck just no time to do it. Sorry Jer nothing against an auto just not for me.
Thanks guys! I hope to have everything apart tomorrow evening and starting on the cleaning process. I know I won't have nearly as shiny as Jerry but it'll be a hell of a sight nicer than it is now.

Lumpy did you notice, Jerry was the only one with the auto trans at RC? I think he was the only one never to stall out anywhere. hahaha. Not sure what the Red Jeep was though.

actually, i like my auto....had a 5 speed once...loved it, but doing the tap-dance of the pedals while wheeling makes me think a new clutch would not be far from now.
i switched several times between 4low and 4high and when doing the rock crawl stuff i just kept it in 1st and 4 low

I had a 69 Bronco with a C-6 Tranny that, if you put it in 1st and 4-low, ....IT WASN'T popping out! lol. In drive, sure, I could see that happening, ..but never when 'placed' in first and kept there. I prefer having the control of the 5spd., but each to his own. I like your truck, Jerry, and I think you did quite well on the trails with the lil stock beast! ....Personally, I think it was the engine paint! hehehe, jk.
