Fhewwwwwww! , hahahahaha. Thank goodness.... after all, this is one of the most serious, non-sidetracking threads EVER, on Yotatech! I wouldn't wanna turn it into silly banter and such! ....Yes, yes I would! lol
Hey, on another side track... MY 8 C.ARM BUSHINGS, T-BAR NUTS AND BOLTS ON BOTH ends, .......ALL SHIPPED TODAY! woot!
Unless something breaks, ..... I'LL HAVE ALL I NEED IN 5 DAYS OR LESS!

I just home the darn thing stays together now.
I went over the head and it seemed fine, Went over the block and it seemed fine. So we'll wait and see. I really don't want to replace the block!

Alrighty, I was a bit ill the past few days so the couch was mine...
Now this is what I found...
1. intake gasket looked not quite right. May have leaked a bit.
2. Head g/s on 4 was looking rough, I think it came apart. Small mark on cylinder wall. Enough that you can see it but not feel it. More like a burn mark. I know it was not there on last build.
3. Check block seems flat enough, checked head seemed flat enough. Doesn't seem warped or anything.
I started on it a little after 10 am and finished up about 8 with a hour lunch break. I had Dad helping till 3 and my buddy Bob till 1. Bob was there for the tear down and cleaning we were ready to reassemble by 1:00. Dad helped me get the head on and valves adjusted. From there I was on me own.
Thanks XXX, 92 and Chef for the help on the vacuum lines. Now that I have those in the right places it seems to be doing very well.

what if I don't have a muffler? then I don't need to be burning oil lol. 7000 on the motor, maybe it's still somewhat normal. I mentioned it in my build thread though so. Hijack off lol.

Since you keep blowing head gaskets I would bet that your head / block or both are warped beyond limits. Its a common cause of blown head gaskets.
