H4 conversion LED bulbs

H4 conversion LED bulbs
What led bulbs are yall running with the h4 conversions? I swapped over a few years back and upgraded wiring as well. The light still isn't as bright as I would like. I'd like to get some led for the h4 housing, but unsure what to run.

Done some of my own research on this, since you already upgraded the housings it sounds like I am assuming you have the hella replacements for the sealed beams? Without the correct projector housing (not what you're running) you technically shouldn't run LED's. There's arguments all over the place both ways.
What lamps do you have in there now? If they are the stock wattage checkout the osram 100/90w H4 bulbs. I am waiting to get housings (finally found some depot H4 headlights for my composite lights). My recomendation is to not run an LED unless the housing is made for it, even then they suck and ruin night vision on the road (IMO). I'd say upgrade your bulbs to higher wattage (if you haven't) and make sure you have your headlights aimed correctly.
With all that being said, there are companies that supposedly make LED's with the same source focal point and are made for the H4 housings. YMMV and depending where you live you might get pulled over. Not to mention you will be blinding people, especially if you're lifted.

I have the stock hella 60w/50w and a hella 90w/80w set that I am going to test once I get my housings in a month. Buying a house so I'm in money jail until I close.
With your upgraded harness you can pull more juice, upgrade the bulbs before going LED.

^ any info on light brightness yet? I'm still looking for options.
Do any of you in here run led lights with the h4 conversion? Or is there another bulb that will give bright, white lighting?

Most H4 conversion harnesses will convert the switched-ground of stock wiring to switched-positive. Some LED replacements may not work with switched-positive circuit. My Truck-lites work on my switched-ground scheme, and according to its tech support will also work on switched-positive.
